PRIVATE GOLF ACCESS

How private golf access works.

Private Golf Access connects traveling golfers with members who can host them at a private club. You tell us the trip; we check our host list by city and state. If someone can host, we make the introduction.

FOR GOLFERS LOOKING FOR A HOST

A simple path to a good game.

01

Send the trip details

Use Request a Host or DM @privategolfacs. Include your city or area, dates and time of day, number of golfers, handicaps, and your 𝕏 handle.

02

We look for a match

We go through hosts in that area and reach out to people who may be able to have you as a guest.

03

If a host says yes

We charge a small connection fee, then introduce you. From there, the host and club handle guest rules, fees, dress code, and tee times.

04

If we cannot find a host

We will tell you. Some cities and dates are easy; some are not. Public requests on 𝕏 can also help fill a spot.

FOR MEMBERS WILLING TO HOST

Host on your own terms.

01 Share where you play

Use I Can Host. Tell us your city, state, 𝕏 handle, and club if you have one.

02 We only ping you when it fits

You are not signing up to host every traveler. We contact you when a request matches your area and dates.

03 You decide

Yes, no, or not that week. No pressure. If you host, you are extending your own guest privileges. Club rules always come first.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Good matches start with clear expectations.

Communication stays on 𝕏 unless you agree otherwise. Guest fees, carts, and club policies are between you and the host or club. A match depends on available hosts, not on how far in advance you ask — though more notice helps. Mid-tier clubs are as useful as famous ones. The goal is a good game, not a trophy photo.
